1. WARRANTY TERMS
DURATION
ALL SYSTEMS COME WITH STANDARD 1 YEAR WARRANTY FROM DATE OF DELIVERY
COVERAGE
The warranty usually covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures that occur during normal use. This can include issues with the CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, and other internal components.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
If a covered defect occurs, we will usually offer free repairs or replacement of the defective parts.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty will not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, overclocking (if not explicitly allowed), modifications, or unauthorized repairs. Damage due to natural disasters or power surges will also be excluded.
SHIPPING
Warranty terms requires the customer to ship the products to us for inspection. After confirmation of faulty component, it will be covered under the warranty terms. However the customer is required to pay for re-shipping fee back to their location after repair/replacement.

3. DELIVERY TERMS
PRE BUILD: 2 to 3 days lead time from date of order placement and covers free delivery.
BUILD YOUR OWN PC: 4-5 Business Days
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
ELIGIBILITY
The policy on Returns & Refunds are applicable only on Pre-Build PC.
Custom Build PCs are excluded as these are customized designs curated for our customers, however all our PCs are covered by the warranty terms.
Under the policy, the customers have a 7 calendar days return period from the date of delivery.
T&Cs
To be eligible for a return and refund, the gaming PC must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Any signs of misuse or unauthorized modifications will void the return and refund eligibility.
REFUNDS PROCEDURE
Upon inspection and verification of the returned PC, a refund will be issued via bank transfer to the customer’s account within 9-10 calendar days.
RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price will apply for returned PCs. This fee covers inspection, testing, and refurbishing if necessary.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
